Application Process
No service fee for agency!
- Provide Hong Kong Identity Card / Identification Document.
- Valid Driving License.
- Proof of Address within the last 3 months.
After submitting the documents, it takes about 3-5 working days to receive the student’s learning driving license, after which we can start arranging practice sessions.
The exam period for medium goods vehicles is approximately 41-50 days.

Typically, drop-off and pick-up are near the Tsuen Wan Taxi Road Test Center.
